You can practice on your own once you follow it under the guidance of an expert teacher. Please note that Yoga is practiced early morning or evening on empty stomach, it is not practiced when tired, when walking in the mountain and the teacher must be an expert of the subject. Otherwise one may have adverse effect. We provide this Yoga course for the first three mornings in Kathmandu , during which we offer short sightseeing tours of Kathmandu in the afternoon. After that you will relax in beautiful View town of Nagarkot for a couple of days , join a scenic two day tour. Ghorepani Poon Hill trek.


Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Trek starts from Sundarijal to Chisapani.
We will begin our trip with a short one hour drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal and hiking from Sundarijal to Chisapani. Chisapani is at an altitude of 2300 meters. It takes about four and half hours to reach Chisapani. We will begin our trek, by entering through the Shivapuri watershed and Mulkharka, a Tamang village. We will continue our trek enjoying the wonders of nature. A lodge or a guest house will be arranged for your overnight stay in Chisapani.
Day 2: Chisapani to Jule.
We move ahead to from Chisapani on the second day. It takes approximately six and a half hours to reach Jule (2175 meters). We will continue the trek with charming trails moving ahead towards Jule. Jule is one of the most popular destinations to view the Himalaya range.
Day 3: Trek to Jule to Nagarkot.
We move ahead to from Chisapani on the second day. It takes approximately six and a half hours to reach Nagarkot (2175 meters). We will continue the trek with charming trails moving ahead towards Nagarkot. Nagarkot is one of the most popular destinations to view the Himalaya range, stretching from Dhaulagiri in the west all the way past Everest to Kanchenjunga in the east. The majesty and magical sunrise and sunset at Nagarkot will greet the visitors. You will stay in a lodge or hotel in Nagarkot.
Day 4: Trek to Nagarkot, Kathmandu.
We drive to Kathmandu. Once everyone , we start our hiking after enjoying with high tea with great Himalayan mountain views. It is about 4 hours walk to Changunarayan Temple passing through the local villages and little hills. It is a beautiful walk descending via Telkot. We can take short break for tea and at the Changunarayan we can have lunch. After lunch, we can do some sightseeing before we drive to Bhaktapur and further to Kathmandu


Trip Highlights

Besides many choices, the west hiking trail to Changu Narayan is one of the most famous routes for everyone who loves hiking. The Changu Narayan temple is a very ancient pagoda style (multi roof temple) and it is dedicated to the Lord Vishnu. Here Lord Vishnu is worship, wherefore many of hindu pilgrims visit this place for blessing.

Cost Includes:

  • All land transfer, arrival, and departure as per the itinerary.
  • Hotel accommodation with bed and breakfast Twin sharing basis as per the itinerary.
  • Food during the trek 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) in specified local lodges.
  • Tea and coffee (cup) three times daily on Hiking.
  • English speaking experienced & professional trekking guide licenses holder.
  • Porters (1 porter carries the luggage up to 25 kg of 2 participants during the trek).
  • City tours as mentioned in the itinerary with English speaking guide and all land transportation with private car/jeep/van.
  • All necessary trekking and climbing related permit including, National Park Entrance fee.
  • Insurance, proper warm clothing, shoes, sun glass and daily wages for guide and porter.
