It is better to have good acclimatization day while you hike up to High altitude to prevent the sickness. There will be one day acclimatization in Namchee Bazaar. Next day we will hike up to Phortse enjoying the good views of Dudhkoshi and rhododendron flowers.
Gokyo Ri lies in the elevation of 5357m in the khumbu region of Nepal Himalaya. It lies in the west side of Ngozumpa glacier, is the largest glacier of Nepal and Gokyo lakes lies at the elevation of (4,750 m). From Gokyo RI we can have a good and closer view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu etc. We can do this trek in another route too from Everest base camp Trek. Once we finish Everest base camp then we can do Gokyo trek passig Cho la 5420m.
Pathivara Devi shrine (3794m) is a popular pilgrimage destination that is believed to fulfill the long-cherished dreams of her devotees. The animist deity at Pathivara is worshipped with equal reverence by both Hindus and Buddhist. The Goddess at Pathibhara is believed to fulfill the long-cherished dreams of her devotees, like sons for those without sons, and wealth for the poor. Pathivara Devi is considered one of the ‘Shakti peeths’. Worshippers from different parts of Nepal and India flock the temple during special occasions, as it is believed that a pilgrimage to the temple ensures fulfillment of all that the pilgrim desires. The devotees of Pathibhara also include members of the Royal family from Nepal. The pilgrims sacrifice animals and bring gold and silver as offerings to the Pathibhara Devi. The best time to visit the temple is from March throughout to June and September to November. Pilgrimages can also have an opportunity to visit Kanchanjungha range, the waterfall at Sawa Bokhari and the pond of Timbuk, during autumn and spring every year. The thick forest eco-system along the trail offers the diversity of wildlife, birds, flowers, and butterflies. Most of the Kanchenjunga range can also be seen from this point. The journey to Pathibhara starts from Suketar (2840m) which takes about the 2-hours walk to reach from Phungling Bazaar. Pathibhara Devi is about 8-10 hours from Suketar. The airport at Suketar is the only airport of Taplejung district. Suketar is connected to Kathmandu and Biratnagar by scheduled flights. Beautiful views of Kanchenjunga and Kumbhakarna can be seen from Suketar. From Suketar the trail passes through Deurali, Chhatedunga, Bhalugauda, Phedi and finally to Pathibhara if you go there you can get unforgettable experience from there and you can also rely on the mixed community over there as they have a mixed culture. The trail offers food and lodging facilities. Basic accommodation facilities are also available for pilgrims near the shrine. The local people here are the Limbus, with the higher regions inhabited by people of Tibeto-Mongoloid ancestry. Sherpas, Rais, Gurungs, Magars, Newars, Sunwars, and Tamangs also live in this area, while the area also offers cultural diversity of Chhetris and Brahmins.

Manaslu circuit trek is one of the restricted trekking region in Nepal. If you choose to trek in this restricted area then you have to get a special permit from the immigration office. Manaslu circuit trek includes famous Larke la Pass 5102 m. This is one of the wilderness trekking which lies in between two different district of Nepal. The trekking in Manaslu Circuit start driving to AArughat or Machikhola from Kathmandu. The duration of this trekking is 14 days. After Machikhola we will start hiking on the rough road which are under construction. We will pass different villages with different cultures, people, dress, terrace land. In this region you can do other trek like Manaslu trek via Tsumvalley and Tsum valley trek.
Manaslu Circuit Trek leads you to the lap of Mt. Manaslu with the height of 80163m . There are many natural beauties on the way to Manaslu. When you reach to Shyala there are Pungin gomba where you can do day site trip and acclimitize for the next days. In Shama there is a Birendra lake and you can either go to Mt. Manaslu Base camp at the height of 4319m for the site trip. This villages people follow Buddhism and there no killing of animals. You can see yak graging in the high himalayas with the snow capped mountains. After reaching to Shyala the trail is not that hard but you have to be well acclimatize to go forther high up. Samdo and Dharmasala are the last spot before doing Larke La pass.
